We will enter in to a confidentiality agreement with you upon account sign-up. Nothing you enter in to your ChaletAgent account will be exposed to ourselves or any third party without your permission. Of course, this excludes the data that you purposely publish, such as your availability table and prices etc.
Only users that you grant permission to can access your ChaletAgent account. For some companies, this might be limited to just the company owner or main administrator. However it is also possible to create user accounts for other staff members as well – ChaletAgent is at it’s most powerful when used in a collaborative environment.
